So far, this has been a great year for games at NYCC. While most of the spotlight goes to movies and comics, games are starting to find their place among the other forms of media. The Last of Us, the revival of Darkstalkers and PlayStation All-Stars are just a few games that have been spotted at Comic Con. Well, you can now add Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault to the list.

Published by Sony Computer Entertainment with Insomniac Games reprising their role as the developers, fans can rest assure the new Ratchet and Clank game will have many of its old elements while introducing new pieces as well. The addition of tower defensive elements gives players more to think about and to be more strategic with their upgrades and weapon selection. Competitive multiplayer modes will also be included and gathering from what other sources state, these modes fit perfectly.

While Insomniac and Sony were hush about release dates at NYCC, they did promise the game will be available for the PlayStation 3 and Vita before this year is over.
