Mojang has announced that pre-paid cards for Minecraft are available for sale at WalMart, Bestbuy, and Target.

The cards are priced at $26.95, which is the exact same price Minecraft is available for online. 

The program is only available in North America at the moment. 

Also announced was that the Xbox Live version of Minecraft has hit 4 million downloads today, as 4J Studios, the developers of the game, announced on Twitter.
